Ashok is an ICF certified leadership coach (PCC) and mentor.

He is also certified in Hogan Personality Assessment and is a NLP practitioner.
He has over 40 years of management and consulting experience with 2000 hours of coaching His corporate experiences have included a mix of progressive family run businesses as well as blue-chip multi-nationals such as Nestle and PepsiCo. His last corporate assignment was with PepsiCo as Executive Vice President, South Asia Business Unit operations.

His clientele spans diverse industries, nationalities and global geographies.
Amongst others, his clients are, Scotia Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sapient Consulting, Boston Consulting, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Aditya Birla Group – India & North America, Marico, Airtel, United Breweries, Xerox, Cedar School – Singapore, and Teach for China NGO based out of Shanghai.

His objective is to add value through sustainable change. He considers his role is to facilitate a process of growth and self-awareness in a safe and trustworthy environment.
